I still have a raincheck to make up for. How convenient that my apricot vodka is ‘ripe’!

I froze some diced apricots today to use them in my drink which is my own recipe.

In the mixer I blended 8cl apricot vanilla vodka, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 4 frozen apricots, 1 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar and 1 dl milk with ice cubes.

And this gave me about 6dl of The Happy Cow.
