Ovaltine Digestives

Today I made an Ovaltine chocolate crumble cake for some tennis players. I
will post the cake recipe (which is my own) on mnamnam.com tomorrow.
For the crumble I mixed 100g sugar, 100g butter, 150g flour and 50g ovaltine crunch.

I had quite a lot of the crumble mix left, so I decided to make some Ovaltine digestive biscuits out of it.
To the crumble mix I merely added 50g rolled oats and 3 tablespoons of milk.


I put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. The I rolled it out, made biscuits with a heart shaped biscuit cutter and put those in the oven at 180degrees for 20-25 minutes.


A crunchy delight!
